Secretary of the Program Committee

The Secretary records, types and collaborates with the Chair of the Program Committee on the monthly minutes, agendas and general activities of the Program Committee. They also assist the Chair in coordinating and assuring attendance at monthly meetings and ensure that all client related issues are respected and remain confidential.

Activities/Tasks:

  • Record/distribute monthly minutes and agendas for the Program Committee.
  • Notify members of the Committee in regards to monthly meetings.
  • Act as a liaison for general activities of the Program Committee.

Time Required:

  • Varied hours - 2 to 3 hours per month.
  • 2 hours program committee meetings per month.
